About the Role

An HR/Admin Assistant, or Human Resources/Administrative Assistant, is an individual who provides support to both the human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This role typically involves a combination of administrative tasks and responsibilities related to human resources processes. The specific duties can vary depending on the size and structure of the organization, but generally include a mix of clerical, organizational, and HR-related activities.

Requirements

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and coordinating interviews.

  • Support new employee onboarding by preparing materials and assisting in orientation.

  • Handle basic employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

  • Compile and submit reports on attendance, time-off, and other HR metrics.

  • Assist in benefits administration tasks.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and interviews.

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.

  • Provide general support to the HR team as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

  • Assist in various aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and files.

  • Serve as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries and requests.

  • Contribute to the efficient operation of HR processes and procedures.

  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members on HR-related projects and tasks.

  • Uphold a professional and confidential approach in handling HR matters.

  • Facilitate communication between employees and the HR department.

  • Adapt to new tasks and challenges as needed in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

Personal Qualification


  • Fresh Graduate or with 1 to 2 years of experience.

  • BS/AB Psychology, Business Administration, AB Science Psychology, or any related field.

  • Permanent Resident nearby Rizal Province.

Job Qualification


  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Basic understanding of human resources principles and laws.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to escalate issues when necessary.

  • Team player with flexibility and adaptability.

  • Efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.

  • Comfortable learning and using new technologies.

  • Professional demeanor and adherence to company policies.

  • Previous administrative or HR support experience is a plus.
